海潤美國投資的加州分布式校園系統(tǒng)547kW 成功并網(wǎng)發(fā)電

Shanghai, 7.24, 2017: Hareon Solar Technology Company Limited (SSE: 600401) announced today that Armona Union School District solar project (“Armona Project”), developed, constructed, owned and operated solely by Hareon Solar USA Corp., successfully passed commissioning test by State of California Department of State Architect (DSA) and Southern California Edison, received official Permission-To-Operate (PTO), formally interconnected with the grid of Southern California Edison and entered into full commercial operation.

上海，2017年7月24日：海潤光伏(上交所 600401)今天宣布其自主開發(fā)，建造，擁有，并營運的美國加州阿莫納公共學區(qū)太陽能項目(“阿莫納項目”)近日順利通過了加州州政府-州設計規(guī)劃部和南加州愛迪生電網(wǎng)公司的正式驗收，已收到了正式運營許可證(PTO)。項目已經(jīng)與南加州愛迪生電網(wǎng)正式并網(wǎng)，同時投入全面商業(yè)運行。

Armona project is located in the city of Armona, California, approximately 200 miles north of Los Angeles. It has a designed capacity of 549 KW, and is built with steel carport structure. Throughout its design and construction, being a government project, it was under continuous inspection of DSA of State of California. Project used exclusively Hareon-branded high-efficiency solar panels.

All electricity generated by the Project is being purchased by the Armona Union School District under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with an option to extend for an additional 5-year. Armona Union School District is a subdivision of the State of California and its most recent credit rating is Aaa (Moody’s).

項目生產的全部電力由阿莫納市公共學區(qū)通過25年的長期購電合同完全收購，合同期還有延長5年的選項。阿莫納市公共學區(qū)屬加州政府機構的一部分，最近的信用評級為Aaa(穆迪)。

It laid a solid foundation for Hareon to further increase its market share and revenue stream from developed countries. “

In this case for example, our DSA approved special steel support goes 12 feet underground with reinforced steel concrete foundation against ground erosion, earthquake, and other risk factors, and we designed in special features to enable student, staff, and local families to utilize the system as space for outdoor activities.”
